Kristine is always looking for ways to make improvements, engage with her teams and ultimately bring business value with IT delivery. As a Bulldog, she works with customer teams to ensure they are making the right decisions, getting buy in from stakeholders and working tirelessly to implement and meet project goals. Kristine’s project management skills have been focused on IT delivery of large-scale merger and acquisition programs as well as migration of applications/systems to AWS Cloud. Always paying attention to the dynamic of her teams, she builds relationships in an effort to deliver effectively and efficiently, every time.
