In her own project delivery work, Sharon leverages advanced management experience, executive level communication and vast industry knowledge to successfully lead consulting, project management and business process improvement projects. From complex IT project delivery, including system conversions, IVR enhancements, system upgrades and merger and acquisitions, to overhauling process improvements at the request of c-suite executives, she doesn’t stop until she’s proud of what she’s delivering. On top of her in-demand work in the customer space, Sharon is the Top Dog in the Bulldog office.
