As the man behind the curtain at Bulldog, Mike takes care of everything HR for the entire Bulldog team. Like a scout, he’s always interviewing and looking for the next standout. He takes ownership over the full hiring process, payroll, benefits, special compensation, company finances and has planned and organized some of the best team events ever. His specialty: knowing when he’s found the next right person to hire into the Bulldog family. Running a successful construction company of his own, he’s on the go, an expert at multi-tasking, and is a master at fixing or building anything.
